Worked on a long-term engagement with Matter’s largest client to design digital, physical, and service experiences for the hospitality industry.

Focused on developing a unique visual and interactive system. Implemented patterns across a broad suite of experiences and devices while coordinating with client, design, and engineering partner agencies to bring the products to market.

Became a bridge between the interaction and visual design teams; mentored junior designers and streamlined team processes and workflows.

Product Designer, Jawbone • Jan 2015—Dec 2016

End to end designer for the Up Product Experience team. Worked on strategy, UX, and visual design, including developing a new design system and creating data visualizations.

Design lead in a cross-functional team focused on using behavioral science to increase user engagement; defined strategies to make UX seamless between the Up app and hardware.
